Welcome to the Atlanta Radio Pro Board!. My name is Jim Von Rayneer, many of you know me from the Atlanta Radio Insider publication that 60,000 of you have read and enjoyed. The writing team at ARI and I are letting you be a part of the conversation!
First off, we'll get you introduced to ARPB, then we'll share with you the benefit of being one of our registered users, as opposed to an un-registered user. Third, we'll share our rules for posting. Finally, we'll share our mission statement.
What is ARPB? Quite simply, this is a place for the fans, insiders and commentators of Atlanta radio. We will never limit your conversations! And we will never disrespect your intelligence by saying they're "against our Terms of Service." Starting today...you can post your ideas, critique or questions to an audience of people with the same common interest you have. Some might say there is already a message board devoted to the same subject. You'd be correct, but this board has something driving it: the publication power of Atlanta Radio Insider. Not only will we be posting links to our columns and news reports, but we'll also give you the chance to submit your opinions and include some of them in our exclusive news stories.
Registered vs. non-Registered Another thing that makes ARPB unique: we don' t require commenters to be registered with us. You are, however, required to be a registered member her in order to start a new topic. Also, when you are registered, it makes it easier to communicate with me, the "admin", via Direct Message.
ARPB Rules The one thing we need to address: keep it clean!! If the privilege of being on this board is abused, you will be suspended, no questions asked.
Our Mission Statement We will strive to bring the true fans and industry workers a quality place to share their thoughts and ideas, with the publishing power of Atlanta Radio Insider.
We are OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Let the posting begin, and I'll see you on the interwebs!
Thanks,
Jim Von Rayneer
